1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing this website, requesting architectural proposals, or contracting enterprise software services with Sen Tech Global Solutions Ltd. ("Sen Tech IT Solutions"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Unless explicitly stipulated in a custom Statement of Work (SOW), upon final payment milestone clearance, our clients receive full, unencumbered ownership of bespoke software deliverables, customized codebases, database schemas, and designated intellectual property.
3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Managed IT infrastructure, cloud hosting, and 24/7 security monitoring services operate under documented SLA tier commitments (e.g. 99.99% availability, 15-minute emergency severity-1 incident response times).
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Sen Tech IT Solutions treats all trade secrets, financial records, logistics databases, and operational algorithms shared by prospective and active clients under strict mutual non-disclosure protections.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
